[size=2][b]Celtic have signed Greek striker Georgios Samaras on a loan deal from Manchester City until the end of the season[/b]
[color=red]The Hoops also have the option of making the deal for the 22-year-old frontman a permanent one. [/color]
Samaras - who has won 12 caps for Greece - began his professional career with Dutch side Heerenveen having moved from Greece at the age of 16.
Manchester City bought Samaras in January 2006 and has made 55 league appearances for the Premier League club, scoring eight goals.[/size]
